Delete Your Account
You can request deletion of your Streakly account and all associated cloud data at any time.
What gets deleted
- Your Google sign-in association
- All cloud-synced habit data and logs
- Your premium status record in our database
Data stored locally on your device is not affected — uninstall the app to remove it. In-app purchases are managed by Google Play and are not deleted.
Option 1 — Delete from the app
Open Streakly → Settings → Cloud Sync → Sign out. This removes your session. To fully delete your cloud data, email us after signing out (see Option 2).
Option 2 — Email request
Send an email to streakly-support@proton.me with the subject Account Deletion Request and include the Google account email you used to sign in. We will delete your data within 30 days and confirm by email.
